These terms apply when you use utiliy.com or place an order with Utiliy. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter a binding purchase contract and provide accurate checkout information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected systems, or use content in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Product information and fit

Order only after comparing the listed measurements, compatibility, included parts, and exclusions with your installation. Images can show context but are not a substitute for the published specification. If a maker did not publish a number, the page says so. Colors can vary by screen.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping to a United States address. Stripe processes payment through WooCommerce. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; it does not require us to accept an order affected by a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, an undeliverable address, or a legal restriction. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will cancel it and refund the payment.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

The shipping policy explains destinations, estimates, tracking, and delays. Contact support immediately to request a change or cancellation; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment starts. The returns and refunds policy governs eligibility, return postage, damage claims, inspections, and refund timing.

Site availability and liability

We may correct errors, update products, or suspend parts of the site. To the extent permitted by law, Utiliy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use, installation, misuse, or a product selected without following stated fit requirements. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
