Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of utiliy.com and the Utiliy product page audit service ("Service"), operated by Fix Figures LLC ("we", "us") under the brand name Utiliy.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Utiliy analyzes publicly accessible product page URLs you submit and returns audit reports including SEO, schema, keyword, and image analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee search rankings, conversions, or compliance outcomes.

3. Accounts & plans

• Free accounts include one (1) full audit, tracked per browser and IP address.
• Pro subscriptions include 80 audits per calendar month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs you have the right to analyze. You may not abuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape our API without authorization, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled per Stripe and our support policy at contact@utiliy.com.

6. Intellectual property

Utiliy, its branding, software, and report formats are owned by Fix Figures LLC. You retain ownership of URLs and content you submit. We may process submitted URLs solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIX FIGURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
