Returns

You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. If the item arrives damaged, or it is a different measurement than the product page states, write to support@utiliy.com and Utiliy pays the return.

The published measurement is the contract. A tension rod rated 1.5 kg is not a heavy closet rod, and a 90 degree shower caddy is not for a round corner.
