Can I pay for several products at once?Yes. Add every item to the cart, then use Checkout. Stripe charges one payment for the whole cart.
Is shipping included?Yes. Every price includes shipping to a United States address. Utiliy does not ship elsewhere.
How long does delivery take?US-warehouse goods leave in 4 to 12 days. Supplier-shipped goods leave in 11 to 15 days. The product page states the window.
What if the size does not match the page?Write to support@utiliy.com within 30 days. If the item is a different measurement than the product page states, Utiliy pays the return.
What if a measurement is missing?If the maker did not publish a number, the page says so. Do not guess a width, a load, or a lumen rating that is not on the page.
