Utiliy (utiliy.com) is operated by Fix Figures LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use our product page audit service.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and hashed password when you register; Google profile data if you use Google sign-in
• URLs you submit — public product page URLs analyzed to generate your report
• Usage data — audit counts, plan type, browser client ID, and IP address (hashed) to enforce plan limits
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps via our hosting provider

How we use information

• Provide audit reports and account features
• Enforce free and paid plan limits
• Send verification and password-reset emails
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse

What we do not do

• Sell your personal data
• Crawl private, login-protected, or non-public pages
• Share data with third parties except service providers (Azure, Stripe, email delivery) necessary to operate the Service

Data retention

Account and usage records are retained while your account is active. Audit page content is processed in real time and not permanently stored as part of your report history unless we add that feature with notice.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account by emailing contact@utiliy.com.
