Product page audit
AI Shopping Readiness
Can an AI shopping assistant confidently understand and recommend this product? Score missing facts, ambiguous specs, and schema gaps.
Search is changing — product pages must be machine-readable
AI shopping assistants do not browse like humans. They extract entities and facts: name, category, price, availability, dimensions, materials, compatibility, warranty, shipping, returns.
If those facts are missing, buried in images, or inconsistent with schema, the product is harder to recommend — even if the page looks fine to a human.
What we score
Utiliy estimates AI shopping readiness from:
- Structured Product/Offer schema
- Visible specifications and FAQs
- Brand, SKU, and variant clarity
- Shipping and returns language
- Image-supported claims (where detectable)
Example gaps we commonly find:
- Weight and dimensions missing for shipping-sensitive categories
- Compatibility lists only in PDFs or images
- Price in schema but not visible (or vice versa)
- Generic descriptions with no use-case language
This is not “AI SEO hype”
We do not promise placement in ChatGPT or Perplexity. We measure whether the page gives an automated system enough structured, consistent information to describe the product accurately.
